From our Counselors:
Our forecasting events are complete. If your student was not able to turn in their forecasting sheet, they can still drop it off in the Student Support Center. Counselors will also reach out to students to help them complete forecasting if needed.
With many seniors having committed to colleges, we are starting to see colleges come back to celebrate with students and inform them of next steps. PSU is coming on Thursday to celebrate students being admitted by enjoying some donuts together! The University of Oregon will be coming in April to meet with admitted students and go over orientation information.
There will be a Senior Assembly Tuesday March 21st during Advisory. There will be announcements and our Grad Night Party committee will be speaking. We will share the information on our Class of 2023 google classroom after the assembly. Also, if seniors have ordered a cap and gown for graduation from Jostens, they will be able to pick it up Tuesday, 3/21 during lunch! Other pick up options will be available later in the spring.
HSD Early College is still accepting applications for current 10th and 11th graders. If interested, check out the Early College website. There are required information sessions happening March 20th (virtual) and March 23 (at Oak Street Campus).
