Moreau Heights is a collaborative community focused on student growth with a commitment to excellence.

PBS lesson -

The PBS lessons for the week will focus on What To Do When Your Life Stinks. Please look to reinforce students for accepting "no" and following adult directions, especially when its hard.


Our Second Steps lessons this week will focus Managing Emotions. The third week is about .

Kindergarten will learn about managing disappointment.

1st grade will work on problem solving Part 1.

Grade 2 will work on finishing tasks.

Grade 3 will work on managing hurt feelings.

Grade 4 will focus on handling put-downs.

Grade 5 will work on handling put-downs.

Kelly's Coaching Corner

Thanks Meghan for your expertise on the RAN chart. We learned how the RAN chart is engaging, relevant, and rigorous for our learners. I’ve seen lots of RAN charts around the building. Glad to see that we are using this strategy to have students think critically about informational text.

Thank you to our students and staff who came out last night to support out Talented Chargers last night! The event was INCREDIBLY well attended by our school community and a wide-range of talents were shared and celebrated. A TRULY AWESOME event!
