1) Break Down Large Goals

-asses what you need to get done


-break down the assignment or goal into parts

-take small breaks to avoid strain

2) Choose Your favorite task first

-find the most interesting task from a goal to do first


-this adds interest to the goal and stimulates brain function

-gives you ideas to continue the goal or assignment

3) Cut off distractions

-find anything that keeps you from focusing (tangeable) and get rid of them


-things that take your attention (phone, tv, food)

-isolate yourself if poosible
