My Cardio Plan
Of the cardio programs I researched, I found information on the Amefican Heart Association's website. According to their website, to maintain cardiovascular health, you need to be doing 150 minutes of moderate exercise, or 75 minutes of rigorous exercise. So for me, I would do 15 minutes per day of rigorous running for 5 days out of the week.
Parents Cardio Plan
My parents are still very active so I would recommend the 75 minutes of rigorous exercise per week because they have a lot of work to do and it takes less time than moderate exercise. They would both probably jog 15 minutes a day 5 days a week through our neighborhood.
Grandparents Cardio Plan
Because they are older I would recommend the moderate exercise program. They could walk for 20 minutes a day around their neighborhood 7 days a week.
