Virtual Zoo Comes to AIS!

What happens when students can't make the traditional field trip to the Fort Worth Zoo due to the pandemic? A virtual zoo comes to the campus!

Just before the Thanksgiving break, Argyle Intermediate School held a fun and interactive virtual zoo trip for students that included a live Zoom meeting with a zookeeper at the Fort Worth Zoo.

The 4th grade and specials teachers also featured a specific animal in their classes. Students rotated during the day and learned about many different animals and had the opportunity to watch live zoo cams from around the world! What a great new experience for our Eagles!

We have an Eagle Alumni sighting at Texas A&M University-Commerce! The TAMUC President recently visited with former Eagle Cole McCue, who was a member of the AHS band.

Help us share more great news happening with our former Eagles by emailing communications@argyleisd.com. We would love to hear more stories about our former students.
