Health

To ensure I have the very best health I can every day, I will watch what I eat, perform some sort of physical activity, and I will get 7-8 hours of sleep

Pain

I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by staying calm and not getting angry. What I will gain from that "pain" is knowing more things and being able to handle more situations.

Environment

I am who I am because of my surroundings.
