Osteoporosis is a disease of the bones. When you lose too much bone or make too little bone. Ways to prevent Osteoporosis would be to Workout, cut back on caffeine and get a good amount of Vitamin D a each day.

Healthy foods to at would include leafy greens, olive oil, flaxseed, oatmeal and tea.
