Did you know April 22 is Earth Day? Earth Day began in 1970 with a focus on reminding us that the health of our planet is intimately connected to our own individual and collective public health. This notion that the Earth is an extension of our physical body is foundational in many traditional healing systems, such as Ayurveda.


What might you do this week to calls forth into the present moment that reminds you of this deep connection between our own bodies and the Earth body?
