Good vs. Bad stress

There are many things that cause stress. Some things are good stressors, called Eustressors. Some examples of eustressors are change, learning new things, and getting out of your comfort zone. Bad stressors are called distress. Some things that cause bad stress is procrastinating homework, public speaking, or problems with friends/family

Manage your time

Learn how to manage your time while working on projects or homework. If you can manage your time and not leave everything to the last minute you won't have to stress about your work and you can take more breaks.

Effects of stress

Stress can cause many health problems if you let it get too bad. It can cause depression which can lead you into greater problems, such as, suicide.
