Classroom Volunteers
All regular classroom and school volunteers are required to go through the volunteer on-boarding process. You can view the list of activities that DO and DO NOT need parents to go through the process below.
It is helpful to Lisa if you provide a list of parents that will be in your rooms for weekly activities ahead of time so she can verify their ability to access the classrooms. Please supply her in an email anytime you are having parents come into your room and their names. For example, if you have regular reading camp-outs or AR visitors, send her an email with the dates and which parents are coming in. She will run the list against the cleared volunteer list and make contact if they are not cleared.
Let me know if you have questions!
