What's Happening in PBS?
Week of 9/19-9/23
Welcome to another week of PBS! This week is all about analyzing our data from the blood spatter lab. Today the kids started to make their graph of the data and determining the height that the blood fell from at the crime scene. Tomorrow they will get half the hour to finish up and start on their lab report. We will spend the other half of the hour reviewing for their test. I gave the kids access to their review for the test online last Friday and they received a paper copy today in class as well. Wednesday we have a district PD day, so there is no school for the kiddos. But, Wednesday night I will post a secondary review on the LMS that would be helpful for the kids as well. Thursday the kids take their first test and we will finish out the week on Friday by finishing up blood spatter lab report.
Just to recap, to review for their test, the students have a printed review, online resource videos on the LMS and they will get a secondary review Wednesday night on the LMS. They also have Tuesday in class to review and ask me questions.
As for HOSA this week, our planning committees have been meeting in the morning, but no other events are scheduled during collaboration. Tomorrow is the start of our weekly "Scrubs Tuesdays." Our media committee also presented their first video! Check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vIU00LE5mj8
Thanks!
