Reminder Background Check Required to Be in School During School Hours

As we are now into the busy month of December where there are many opportunities for you to be in the classroom, make sure you review the following information. If you are interested in coming into school during school hours to volunteer, be around students in any capacity (including classroom parties), go on any field trips as a chaperone or enter the building to have lunch with your student, please fill out the TTSD background check HERE.

The District Background Check takes at least a week to go through the approval process, so please plan accordingly. Also please note ALL members of the student's family who wish to come have lunch with your student and/or interact with students in any way during the school day in our building, have to have passed the background check.

Lunch Wagon Donations

Our school is looking for donations of lunch wagons, one for each class. These wagons will help our school by creating a more uniform, safe and efficient way for our students to transport lunch boxes to and from the cafeteria while also decreasing the number of lunch boxes ending up in the lost and found.

If you, someone you know, or a company you are associated with, would like to donate a lunch wagon, please visit our Amazon Wish List:

Wagons will be sent directly to the school!

Your charitable donation is tax deductible. If you would like to receive a thank-you letter which includes information for your tax deduction, please send a message to after you have made your purchase.

Title 1 Information

See attached documents for information about our Title 1 Program. Title 1 is a federally funded program which allocates funds that are intended to assist students who are in need of extra assistance, to achieve the high state academic standards.
