Why

This diet lessens calories, fat and sugar intake everyday to allow someone to lose weight. This diet does not consist of meat, so vegetarians normally love going on this diet. It is very tasty and efficient as well. The chocolate consumed in this diet is primarly dark chocolate as it is much healthier than milk chocolate.
