March Update

March Update
Greetings TLC family. We have nearly five weeks until Spring Break and for students and staff, this is the longest stretch of the year. We met as a staff last week to discuss how we can best support our students during this time of year. In addition, we met with students by grade level to review expectations to ensure that we understand what it means to be part of the TLC community. Here is a short video reviewing the information discussed with our students at these meetings: TLC Student Reorientation.
Please note that the rest of the year will be extremely busy with ACT (March), MAP Testing, Kentucky Summative Exams, Final Exams, Working Wednesdays, and Student Portfolio Showcases. We have supports in place to help your students finish this year successfully including: credit recovery courses, core content intervention (A4), Advisory, and ESS. Please help us by checking your student's progress on Infinite Campus, EOS, and Canvas.
Finally, please take the time to nominate a staff member that made a difference for your student(s): TLC March Staff Member of the Month
