The Executive Branch

The Executive Branch is the part of the nation that carries out the laws.

The Judicial Branch

The Judicial Branch is the part of the nation that makes the laws. The Supreme Court is where the laws are made. The Supreme Court is our nations highest court. There are nine Justices in the Supreme Court. The must work there until death or retirement.

The Legislative Branch

The Legislative Branch is the part of the nation that enforces the laws. The people who enforce the laws are the senators and the representatives.
