Improving Memory Project

Method of Ioci
This associates well-known locations with information to be remembered. This is used in every day life and one example is if you made a slide show showing where you were and then what you wrote can click back to your memory from that picture when presenting.
Physical Exercise
This increases oxygen to our brains and reduces risk to disorders with memory loss. In this instance for real life, you could go to the gym every so often or do an outside activity to keep your heart rate up.
Sleeping
An average adult should sleep 7.5 to 9 hours to function at their best. Get on a regular sleep schedule, avoid all screens for at least an hour and cut back on caffeine. What could happen in real life you could go to sleep lets say at 10 every night and wake up at 7 every morning. Going to sleep and waking up at the same day would help.
Keep stress under control
This is the brains worst enemy. This can cause chronic stress over time and can destroy brain cells. This could damage the hippocampus and is linked to memory loss. In life, instead of freaking out over a test that is happening the next day, just study as best to your abilities and don't overwhelm yourself.
