Our shop has only gluten-free ingredients, including Red-Star yeast, rice flour instead of regular flour, and as a substitute for other ingredients, peanut butter. Other ingredients are for our secret recipes, and we use them to make the finest baked goods America has ever seen!

Demand:

Since there are so many people in the United States that are allergic to gluten, there is a high demand for gluten-free products, and that causes some prices to be higher than others, but since we make so many products, we can charge less for now.

How much we need and why

We need $9,580 to get our business started. This will provide rent, furniture, supplies,and food. If 40 people everyday for 30 days come to our bakery then our loan will be repaid.

Our Competition and Why You Should Choose Us

Of course, we are going to have competition; Bake and Cake, to be exact, but are their products gluten free? No, probably not. Imagine you are gluten intolerant, and you go inside a bakery, forget to ask if their products are gluten free, and get an allergic reaction. We don't want that. They may or may not have better tasting products than us, but at least we care about people's health.
