October 18th through October 20th, all in-person freshmen, sophomores, and juniors will participate in school pictures during their English classes.

The Class of 2022 Commencement Ceremony will take place on Monday, May 23, 7:30 pm at Northern Illinois University. Detailed information can be found on the CCR website under Graduation Information.

All seniors must complete this survey by the end of September to provide the school with cap and gown sizing information and diploma name formatting information.

The cap and gown you receive is a “Keeper”. You will not need to return it after the ceremony. Caps and gowns will be distributed during lunch hours on May 16 and 17. All fees and fines must be paid before you can receive your cap and gown.

The D303 Financial Aid Night will be hosted on Monday, September 27th beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Norris Cultural Arts Center (NCAC) at St. Charles East HS. Mary Crowe from Elgin Community College’s Financial Aid Office will be on hand to provide an overview of the college financial aid process and to answer questions from the audience. This event is open to all students and parents.
