This morning we were thrilled to welcome our incoming Class of 2027! Our Link Crew welcomed the freshmen with open arms and I think our Class of 2027 is off to great start. Much more to follow up in the coming weeks, but I think the upperclassmen may have some competition this year for the Homecoming Spirit Stick...We'll see.

Come on in next Thursday, August 31st in the evening from 6:30 - 7:30pm for our annual Locker Night. Get set up for the first day of school, walk your schedule one more time. Hang out with some of your friends!!

Mark your calendars!! Join us for a good ol' fashioned kickball game under the lights on the turf in our new nBaseball Stadium on Monday, September 18th from 7:30-8:30pm. Our 100 strong Link Crew will be there to cheer all our freshmen on and keep the fun going in the 2023-2024 school year. These games are designed for all students to have fun and not be ultra competitive!!

ALL students begin their first day of classes on Tuesday, September 5 at 8:45 a.m. Students will start in their first block class and we will then follow an “A day” schedule. Students will receive an updated blue schedule to replace the yellow one mailed home. The Blue schedule will include study hall room numbers. Students will NOT be reporting to homeroom.

Seniors with late arrival on A days do not need to come in for first block. Students who attend EMCC will need to be at Thomas at the following times and locations:

-The bus for EMCC leaves Thomas HS at 7:25 from the north cafe doors.

-The bus for Perinton Ambulance & New Visions Educational leaves at 7:20 from the north cafe doors.

-The bus for New Visions Medical leaves at 7:20 from the front bus loop.

However, students in the New Visions Program at St. Ann's Home and General Hospital are allowed to drive. If students need a bus to get to Thomas, please check the Parent Portal for pick up times.

Information will be going out in the coming week on Open House 2023. Save the date on Wednesday, September 13th from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Parents will be free to walk their Titan's schedule, meet the teachers and learn about all the great things we will be doing at Thomas this year. This year we are excited to have a few food trucks in the bus loop if you want to grab a bite to eat!
