SS Mini-Projects to consider adapting for your curriculum...
Travel Project
Students choose a specific project to complete, in this case, on a country in Africa. Each of the projects have important instructional elements:
- Student choice and personalization
- Clear instructions and expectations that are easy to reference
- Rubrics for guiding those high expectations
- Modeled examples of success
Geography Tour
Consider creating a #hyperdoc, or linked doc, to send students on virtual tour! 7th grade students have started a virtual tour of Central America using Google Street View and 360 views.
