Third Trimester Survey

The district is discussing changing its instructional model for the third trimester. Your input is crucial to informing the district's decisions.

Please complete THIS SURVEY by Wednesday, March 17 at noon. The survey explains the two plans being considered and gives you the ability to voice your opinion and choice for your child's learning plan. We appreciate your partnership and assistance in providing a quality education for your child.

Important Upcoming March Dates:

3/14 - Time Change - move your clocks forward 1 hour

3/15 - 3rd Trimester starts

3/24 - Pine Hill Virtual Family Music Night

3/31- Equity Coalition Meeting @ 6:30

Pine Hill Family Music Night

Pine Hill's Virtual Family Music Night will be on March 24. Music Teacher Mr. Allison has a fun evening planned, including musical performances from local talents Les Glen and Lyndsey Battle. Pine Hill Music t-shirts have been purchased for all students, and we hope they will be distributed in time to be worn during the event. It should be a fun event for all, and we hope you will be able to make it!

More details, including the Zoom link, will be included in next week's newsletter.

Self-Screening

Please remember all students that come on campus must be screened at home using the Qualtrics daily screening. This is emailed to the student email accounts daily. There is an option to add a parent cell phone number to receive a morning text with the survey. The questions have been updated so please read through them carefully before replying.

One of the new questions on the survey asks about non-essential travel. If your child has traveled more than 120 miles from home within the last 14 days on non-essential travel, we ask that they stay home and quarantine prior to coming back onto campus. If marked "yes" the survey will direct you to contact the site principal to determine a return to campus date. Thank you so much for ensuring student safety as we return to on-campus learning.

If you have any questions please contact Mr. Grimmett at 707-273-2113 at Pine Hill, or Mrs. Becksted at 707-296-8776 at South Bay. Thank you.
