Halloween Hair Show
Cosmetology runs a Halloween Hair Show--Grade 11 students are judged on hair, nails, costumes, make-up, creativity, overall look, effort and difficult techniques by Mr. Jordan, Mr. Sheehan, Mr. Fischer and Ms. Bass.

Halloween Hair Show
Grade 11 models walked the runway as a classmate read introduced them and read a passage regarding their theme. Models were judged on their hair, make-up, nails, costume, creativity, effort, and total overall look. Ms. LaVoie did a great job setting up the eerie atmosphere and making learning fun for the students.
The "Joker" (Metal Fabrication Instructor, Matt Siwik) made a special appearance this week at BHR and Computer Information Technology, Mr. Howard Canning and his students did the background handiwork.
Vocational/Academic Integration
Dr. Mike Meyers (Engineering) designed a physics apparatus for science instructor, Mr. Brian Kardon. Meyers said the instrument fully computer controlled and programmable demonstrates the Doppler Effect.
Sports Update
Athletic Director, Mr. Ed Catabia would like us to congratulate the girls Soccer Team and Coach Nicole Flynn for making the MIAA Tournament. Mr. Catabia also said the BHR Football team defeated the Nantucket Whalers by a score of 34 to 21 on Friday.
