Regin and climate
The Sioux lived in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nebraska ,Dakota, Illinoi and Montana. In the hot summer and in cold winter it snowed a lot.
Shelters
The Sioux Shelter is called a tipi. The tipi is made out of long wood poles and buffalo hide. On the tipi there where to flap the Bottom one was to get in the tipi the other one was for a window. Tipis where lit and easy to take down and back up a gen.
customs and belifes
The Sioux believed that every animal has a life of it own. They believed in a spirit called mother earth. They believed that people should do the jobs they were good at.
Food
The Sioux ate buffalo, deer, antelope, turkey, chicken, bear, berry's potatoes, spinach and pare turnips.

HAIR
They had long black hair.
COSTUMS
The men wore skin leggings shirt head dress women wore deer skin skirts.

Women
Women take down the tipis and put them up. They make the food. They gather fire wood. Make the clothes. They made Supplies.
Men
They hunted the buffalo for there family's food.
