When: Sunday, March 6, 2022, from 3:00-5:00pm

Where: Stone Bowling Lanes, 3746 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45212

What: Bowling of course! Your registration fee includes 2 hours of bowling, shoe rental, one pizza and one pitcher of soda per lane. More pizza, soda, and adult beverages are available for purchase on site. We will assign up to 6 people per lane depending on our final registration numbers.

Who: Dads and sons who attend Cardinal Pacelli School (grandpas/uncles or other chaperones are also welcome!)

Cost: $20 per person with a maximum of $60 per family (with "family" meaning one chaperone and all children residing in the family household)

If you are paying by credit card, the form will direct you to the PTO Square site for payment.

If you prefer to pay with cash or check, please submit your total registration amount to PTO via Monica Siemer at the school front desk. Checks should be made out to Cardinal Pacelli PTO and please write "bowling" in the memo line and/or on the envelope.

If you have any issues with the google form as you are trying to register, just send me an email with registrant names and corresponding shoe sizes.
