Discover the 7 Major Centers of Power in your Body!

Join Erin for a fun & empowering journey of Chakras (power centers) of the body through Vinyasa Yoga (asana), breathing (pranayama) and a 3 minute meditation at the end. Learn practical yoga methods to help you refresh and rejuvenate each energy center for optimal health, wellness and daily balance. Seven sessions (all Tuesdays) will cover specific yoga postures, breath work and meditations that are customized for each Chakra.

4th- Anahata Chakra "Touch"

March 8th - Communication & Power

5th- Vishuddha Chakra "Hearing"

March 15th - Intuition & Imagination

6th- Ajna Chakra "Awareness"

March 22nd - Understanding & Will

7th- Sahasrara Chakra "Live in the Now"

Erin is a registered 500HR Yoga Alliance Instructor. In addition, she has completed a Tibetan Buddhist Meditation Training, Creative Kids Yoga training and is a SUP Yoga Teacher. She has assisted four Kripalu School of Yoga month long trainings and trained internationally in Astanga Yoga.

Erin obtained her Bachelor’s in Communications, and is a firm believer that modern technology has faded our natural form of connection to each other, nature and ourselves. This is where she believes that yoga will shift these habits. Her mission is to empower any level student in a safe and nonjudgmental setting.
