Middlebrook Mountain Lions February 3, 2023

Middlebrook students and staff came together on Wednesday for our whole school assembly focusing on manners. They were greeted at the door by our school mascot, Eli the mountain lion. Children enjoyed a staff performance which illustrated the positive behaviors we expect to see in our school. Over the next 11 weeks, students will be recognized for several key characteristics that align with P.A.W.S : saying please and thank you, sharing, smiling, making small talk, looking people in the eye, having a good attitude, apologizing when needed, complimenting others and treating others as you would like to be treated. Our highlighted students will have their photograph taken and displayed in the front foyer. Additionally, they will receive a certificate of recognition signed by Ms. Ponte and Ms. Molloy commemorating the accomplishment. Our first student of distinction is Nala Fillmore, grade 5, who consistently uses manners in the cafeteria. Great job, Nala!
