I hope you have all enjoyed a relaxing and fun-filled Spring Break! We made it to Disney and back in one piece, and it appears Sam will be marrying one or both of Cinderella's step-sisters! We had an amazing time as a family just experiencing the magic of Disney. I hope that you were able to find some magical time of your own.
We have much to do before the end of the year. Make sure you are looking at the calendar and noting meetings and activities. The Milestones testing meetings have been moved to Wednesday during planning for those involved with an additional meeting in the afternoon for those who cannot attend during regular planning time. Please ask Christy if you have any questions.
Tuesday after school, you will be meeting with your grade level to discuss our Mission and Vision and hear from your Positive Behavior Team representative.
You will also be collecting Fun Run money this week. Remember that homeroom teachers receive a portion of the funds collected.
We are planning to have the End of Year Checklist to you next week.
I look forward to seeing you all tomorrow!
It's GREAT to be a Harbins Tiger!

Who Is Making IT Happen
-
All Staff for an exciting and exhausting Fun Run Day!
Laurie Aldridge for single handedly putting together the 2015-16 yearbook while training me to learn the ropes. Laurie attends every school event to capture the true essence of every event. Her photography skills, creativeness, organization and productiveness shows in every aspect of the yearbook. The school and I are fortunate and blessed to have her publishing the yearbook. Thank you Laurie for "Making It Happen".

Computers for Milestones - VERY IMPORTANT for ALL
Student computers from 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade classes will be used for additional computer labs for Milestones testing. The computer labs will be set-up in the Leadership Academy rooms and the Professional Development rooms. Do NOT remove ANY computer from these rooms or any other location!! For the 3 weeks in April (4/11 - 4/29), student computers can NOT be moved from room to room!! This includes rooms where small group testing is taking place as well. You may use the Leadership Academy rooms "computer lab" in the afternoon as a whole class. If you do, DO NOT move any furniture or computers. You may sign-up for those 2 rooms, but only in the afternoon. The Professional Development rooms are reserved in the afternoon for make-up testing. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility!!

Leaving Early or Coming in Late and Booking Subs
If you leave unexpectedly or have a scheduled leave request, you must also sign out on the clipboard located in the front office. You must also sign in if you come in late unexpectedly or a scheduled leave request.
When Booking Subs
Subs have to be booked for either 4 hours or 8 hours. If you are not leaving til say 11:00 and will be gone for the remainder of the day, you should book the sub for 7:30 - 3:30. If leaving at 1:00, you would book the sub for 11:30 - 3:30. Lets say you have to leave at 9:30 and you are returning at 12:30, you could then book the sub for 9:00 - 1:00 since that would be a 4 hour increment.
Summer Staff Development Registration Opens Monday, 3/28 in the PD&E Tool!!
