World War 1
Millions of Casualties, For What?
Brutality
for obvious reasons
Like the Bloodshed
and commitment of treason
On the shoulders head
the sides aren't always even
When they're all dead
people at home cry
thinking of their lost ones
hoping to have one last night
to spend with their sons
it started off with one problem
now everyone on the blocks got em'
soldiers think of their friends before the enemy shot em'
and the freedom before they got blocked in
hopefully their sacrifices would supply thir country a win
The Government
This beautiful country of ours
the way the government controls it
the stripes and the stars
how it makes us think we must fight
the rights that men have died to protect
over no true reason
the women and men who have broke their necks
just millions of deaths
to protect people from recklessness
wars are like black holes
or so were told
