There are varieties of vegetarian diet. For instance, Ovo-vegetarian diet, Lacto-ovo vegetarian diet, Lacto-vegetarian diet, and vegan. But sometimes, people choose to be a semi-vegan; Most of their diet is vegetarian, but they still eat meat, poulty, seafoods, and eggs.

Ovo vegetarianism
Ovo-vegetarian diet is one type of a vegetarian diet. It is a diet where a person eats egg but not dairy products.
Lacto-vegetarianism
Compared to Ovo-vegetarian diet, lacto-vegetarian diet is an also type of diet where as a person eats dairy products but not eggs.
Lacto-ovo vegetarian diet
Lacto-ovo vegetarian diet is a diet where one person eat both eggs and dairy product. However, they do not eat animal flesh or any kind of meat.

- One 10-ounce pack frozen chopped spinach (thawed, excess moisture squeezed out.)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan
- 1 cup fresh Basil leaves
- 1 tbsp. Ext.- Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3/4 shredded carrot
- 1 yellow squash, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 6 cups of marinara sauce
- 12 no-boil lasagna noodles
