Mrs. Karst's Memo
The Purdue vs IU challenge is next week (Feb. 28-March 4) at Stony Creek! We will have two jars in the lobby for students and staff to vote for their favorite team, or who they think will win the game on Saturday! Don't like either team? No worries, we will have a third jar for other schools. All proceeds will go to our SC scholarship for a senior graduating from NHS this spring!
Want to win a fun prize for your student's class (popcorn and movie party)? Check out the Noblesville Education Foundation Miller-palooza event link. You can attend the event or just bid on the silent auction using the link. Let's try to get the highest elementary bid, show that Mustang pride! The silent auction ends on March 4th: bidpal.net/millerpalooza2022

Panorama Student Survey
Noblesville Schools is committed to providing a great school experience for all students. To help achieve this we will use a platform called Panorama to survey students in grades 3-5 during the dates of February 28 - March 11, 2022. The Panorama survey seeks to gather input on topics like school climate and culture, emotion regulation, self-management, social awareness and belonging. When students feel connected to their school environment, they are more engaged and increasingly successful in both academic and social achievements. More information on the survey can be found here.
Although the survey is not mandatory, student perceptions will provide valuable insights for future planning, support and programming. Results will be used to determine needs based on trends for our school.
If you wish for your student to opt-out, you can submit an opt-out form. The survey is voluntary and students are welcome to choose an alternate activity (read, homework, etc.) at the time the survey is given.
If you have any questions regarding the survey, please contact our district counseling coordinator, Dana Nelson at (317) 773- 3171 or dana_nelson@nobl.k12.in.us
Thank you for your support of this important opportunity to best serve students and our school community.
