From The assistant Principal's office
Hello Hunt Club Families!
I can’t believe this school year is so near its end! It has been an amazing experience serving you and your students as the Assistant Principal here at Hunt Club! I couldn’t have asked for a more supportive and caring community. The students have showed an amazing amount of resiliency this year. Together with their teachers, they have done amazing things! I am happy to be a small part of the success that our students have achieved. I am looking forward to continuing our collaborative efforts in making Hunt Club the special place it is. Have a great summer!

How do I return the device I borrowed from the district?
Families of SD308,
Over the last year, our district has loaned many Chromebooks, iPads, and hotspots to students. As we approach the end of the school year, we will be collecting equipment from all students that borrowed “curbside” devices in grades preschool through 4th-grade.
Please plan to drop off devices and chargers at the District Administration Center located at 4175 Route 71, Oswego, IL 60543. We will be facilitating a drive-thru device drop-off.
May 26th - 1 pm - 4 pm
May 27th - 8 am - 4 pm
May 28th - 8 am - 4 pm
If you do not return the device by 4 pm on May 28th, we will apply charges to your account in the amount of $320 per device for the missing equipment. If you do not return the charger, the replacement cost will be $50 per charger.
If your student is enrolled in summer school, they will keep their device until the end of the program, at which time they will turn in their device and charger.
A Message from our Home and School
5th Grade Celebration Our 5th Grade Celebration Committee has been working hard putting together a fun send-off for our 5th graders! It will take place Wednesday, May 26th from 5-7 pm. Rain date is May 27th. This event will take place at Hunt Club Elementary. Every 5th grader will receive a free treat from Kona Ice! We are asking for donations to help supply other snacks and help contribute money towards Kona Ice. See the signup: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/409094eafab2aa0fb6-weneed Please note a couple of important things: -Please wear masks and wear comfortable clothing - this event is outdoors! -There will be no access to restrooms, as the building will be closed. -This event is intended for our 5th graders only, with an adult chaperone. This is not a family picnic. Please note: **There are no yard signs paid for by H&S this year, as the committee decided to put their money towards the event.** However, you can check Imagination Print & Design to purchase your own sign!! End of Year Teacher/Staff Gift Cards Donate money to the Hunt Club teachers and staff and Home & School will organize all the collections for each staff member and buy gift cards of their choosing! When they receive their gift cards, the staff members will be told who the contributors were. They will get to choose from gift cards to Target, Walmart, Starbucks, Red Robin, Chili's, and more!
