Fall Wrap Up
Cross Country
Nipmuc Cross Country finished the fall with a 4-2 dual meet record and a third place finish in the DVC championships (both boys and girls). The girls team finished strong as they qualified for the all-state meet, for only the second time in school history, Captain Emma Nadolski said of the season “This season we had a very dedicated and motivated team. We were able to work together as a family to qualify for all-states and perform to our fullest potential.”
Fall Cheerleading
The fall cheer team finished another banner season as Division 2 Central/West champions! Their continued growth was evident as they finished 5th in the state championships in Worcester.
Field Hockey
The field hockey team fought for a third place finish and coming down to the wire just missing the MIAA playoffs. The future is bright, as the junior varsity team finished the season with just one loss. Captains Julia Mistretta and Kayla Antonelli noted "Nipmuc’s field hockey teams fought strongly until the end of their season and always played together as a team.”
Football
While wins were tough to come by, the team grew as one. Captain Alec LoSchiavo noted “Although the season didn’t go the way we wanted, I still made amazing memories with my brothers on the field. I’m going to miss playing with the boys and I wish them all well for next season.” Things look good for the future as the JV team finished a successful season by defeating BVT 8-0 in the annual "Chicken Bowl"
Girls Volleyball
The volleyball team had it's most successful season in school history (Dual Valley Conference and Central Mass Champions). They fought valiantly all the way to the Round of 8 where they dropped a heartbreaking match 3-2 to Weston HS. Captain Kate Julian had this to say about the season "I’m so proud of everything we accomplished this season! There were many firsts for Nipmuc Girls Volleyball including DVC Champs and CMASS Champs! And I’m so excited for next year! Thank you to our seniors for making this season extra special!”
Golf
The golf team's season was marked by growth and determination. This young team grew exponentially over the course of the season. “We had great leadership and have a young team looking at success in the next year. Even though the season didn’t go as we expected, we still played the best we could every day. We also peaked at the perfect time heading into playoffs and did our best.” - Orick Kelley
Boys Soccer
Under a new coach our boys tackled new challenges and fought through a tough start with a strong finish. “We grew as brothers, it’s a great feeling to leave Nipmuc knowing the younger grades can carry on the proud Nipmuc legacy.” -Captain Arthur Frieswick
Girls Soccer
New faces but same results, the girls soccer team followed up a successful 2021 season with another league and Central Mass championship. The girls advanced to the Round of 16 in the state tournament before falling in 2OT to North Reading HS. “This season we created not only a successful team but a family environment where everyone felt welcomed, heard, and comfortable to be themselves,” - Kali Tewksbury. “I felt that our season could not have gone any better. We bonded together as a team, and accomplished many of our goals and even more.” - Josie Hayes.
Unified Basketball
Our unified team finished up another fantastic season with a 2-0 finish in the end of season jamboree at Algonquin High school. The gymnasiums were filled with smiles every time the team took the court. First year member and senior Riley Webster stated "our athletes and helpers came together as one with a goal of inclusion and fun."
Congratulations Fall DVC All Stars

We will still offer a cash option at the door. Or you can go to GoFan and purchase tickets online. We are offering season passes for adults (boys or girls basketball) or a student pass that will get you into all boys and girls home games.
