Help Us to Provide New Student Opportunities at Seton Catholic
Seton Catholic School has a number of new opportunities for students this school year. We have partnered with the YMCA for our aftercare program. The YMCA offers students a health after school snack, homework support, time for play, and other enrichment activities daily. The YMCA is also providing a special aftercare program on our early release days. We have also partnered with 4-H. On Thursdays, students in grades 3-8 can stay and participate in a 4-H program at no charge. They are currently working on photography projects. In the middle school, both our boys and and our girls are able to participate in before school Bible studies led by great volunteers.
We are hoping to continue to expand our offerings to widen the variety of experiences available to our students. Seton Catholic is currently looking for a Chess Club supervisor so that we are able to continue our chess program. We are also looking for two adults to supervise and coach a SeaPerch robotics team. Dr. Nardi is working on securing some grant funding for materials, but we need some interested supervisors with electrical or engineering experience to move this project forward. For more information on SeaPerch follow this link: https://www.seaperch.org/about
If you are interested in helping out or if you have connections to other opportunities, please contact Dr. Nardi at nardi@sheboyganseton.org or stop by the school office.

Early Release Days
During the 2018-2019 school year, Seton Catholic has five scheduled early release days. The early release days are:
November 15, 2018
December 21, 2018
January 18, 2019
May 24, 2019
June 12, 2019.
On those days, Seton Catholic will be dismissing at 12:30. Unfortunately, our bus company has refused to provide after school bus serve to our bus students on those five days. Therefore, parents will need to make other arrangements for their children. The YMCA aftercare has agreed to provide aftercare serviced on those days beginning at 12:30. Please find the sign up form in your Friday folder.
