The couples who saw him jump were in shock and frozen like statues. "I thought it would be a great last memory before going", was what it said on the note he left before jumping.

written reflection
In this semester of photojournalism, I learned how to photoshop, the laws and ethics of being a photojournalist, how to write captions, the compositions of photos, and lighting. My favorite project would be theHumans of Fossil Ridge one because it was really interesting to see what other peoples opinions/ thoughts and what they are or enjoy doing. Through that project, I was able to get out of my comfort zone a little bit and know a little bit more about others who I do not usually talk to. My least favorite project would be the 5 frame photo story because it was hard for me to make up the captions. I was just really confused and i felt rushed. Photography is much harder than i thought it would be. There are a lot of things that go into it like the lighting, timing, elements of composition, being able to tell a story with it, etc. We had limited supplies and there were not that many objects we could take photos of but overall, I enjoyed it a lot.
