7. PSAT Testing Day In School
We hope all our underclassmen are rested, ready and do their best!
For our Seniors, this is a perfect opportunity to spend the day visiting a college! Students will get an excused absence to visit a college if they get a signed note from their college that they did indeed visit on this day. They can bring it into student services to make sure their absence is excused.
No class periods will be held until 11:30am on October 16th, and the entire day's schedule will repeat the next day (Wednesday, Oct. 16th is an A day. Thursday, October 17th will also be an A day). For those that seniors that are in school from 7:20 - 11:30, a rotation of workshops will be available across our different content areas until we go through our normal A day schedule at 11:30.
Thank you to our Superintendent and Central Office staff that offer this to our students, to our teachers for proctoring the test, and especially to our Guidance Department Head, Ms. Shari Kahle for her hard work rescheduling the ENTIRE building flawlessly for testing!
