End of Year Device Collection Letter English/Spanish

Message below via Video

Greetings Parents and Students,

To support teaching and learning this year, we have checked out more than 600 devices (Chromebooks, Laptops, Hotsopts, etc.) to our students through our e-Circulation system! With that said, the year is almost over and soon it will be time to collect all devices!

If your child has a device checked out, please speak with them about it. Make sure that they have the device AND the power cords, etc. that were checked out to them. Additionally, inspect the device carefully to see if there are any issues – cracked screen, missing keys, more than “normal wear and tear” etc. Please recall that all the beginning of the year, you received information regarding expectations and care for the equipment. Additionally, fines can be assessed to the student if the device checked out is returned damaged or not returned at all.

If your child is an in-person learner, and they no longer need the device, they may bring it to the school and have it removed from their account. We will assess the device to ensure that it is not damaged. If there is damage, we will reach out to you with further instructions/fine information.

In the month of May, you will receive more information regarding device collection. I want to make sure that this was on your radar.

Your Proud Principal

Darlene Brown

Fin de año Carta de recogida de dispositivos inglés/español

Spanish Version

Saludos Padres y Estudiantes,

Darlene Brown

The The Experience Online Testing Georgia site lets students see what testing online is like. Parents and educators are welcome to try it, too. The primary purpose is to let students experience, firsthand, the functionality of the online testing platform. The sample tests are not graded, so have fun!

Below you will find links which include directions for using the Experience Online Testing Georgia website. Parents and students are encouraged to take the practice test.
