Be Aware Before
- During be aware of additional hazards that come with volcanoes: landslides & rockfalls, earthquakes, ashfall & acid rain, tsunamis, mudflows & flash floods
- Also be aware of escape routes
Avoiding During
- remember: stay away from downwind areas and valleys
- follow instructions of authorities
Responding After
- Cover Mouth and nose when outside, keep skin covered, volcanic ash is very harmful and can mess up your respiratory system
