Anxiety is a mental disorder that causes you to melt down or freak out whenever times get stressful, or whenever it is triggered. Anxiety attacks can happen at random, and can cause hysterical crying and shaking. This flyer is made to raise awareness for anxiety disorders.
Social anxiety is characterised by awkwardness around other people, and acting antisocial. Social anxiety causes the person to worry about every little thing in a social relationship, wondering things like "Do they really like me? Am I really their friend? What if they are just lying to me." This can cause relationships to break apart, because you would continue to push the other person away.
These are the common signs of experiencing an anxiety attack. Your body shakes (possibly violently depending out the severity of the disorder), it becomes harder to swallow, your heart beat will increase, and you may feel light headed.
Thank you for your time, and reading my flyer!
