The Challenge
Research shows that when individuals practice mindfulness as a daily habit, it not only reduces stress, but increases creativity, emotional intelligence, and connection. By joining the Resilience Challenge, you are using the science of mindfulness, resilience, and compassion to allow you to thrive.
Your aim will be to set a goal of regular practice on the Wise@Work App, where you can track your progress, explore dozens of learning modules, and improve your wellbeing in just minutes a day. Those who complete 20 mindfulness sessions will be entered to win one of 30+ prizes!
