Cleaning the Chromebook Screen
Clean with a soft, slightly water-dampened, lint-free cloth. Avoid getting any moisture on the keys or other openings. Do not use window cleaners, household cleaners, aerosol sprays, solvents, alcohol, ammonia, or abrasives to clean the Chromebook.

Most Chromebook issues are resolved by restarting the device; however, if the Chromebook is having issues a trouble ticket can be submitted by bringing the device to the school and following the steps below:
1. Complete a Chromebook Device Repair Form (At front desk)
2. Place completed Chromebook Device Repair Form inside of Chromebook.
