Parents! We’re excited to host the 9-day Boosterthon Fun Run again as this year’s major fundraiser. We kick off the fun, healthy, and character-building program on Monday April 13th for Track 1,2,3 and Monday April 20thfor Track 4. Plus, students will be learning five ways to make their community rock with Boosterthon’s character theme Rock’n Town Live, a music festival theme all about community. Along the way, students will gather pledges for how many laps they’ll run at the Boosterthon Fun Run event, which is on Friday April 17th for Track 3 and Friday April 24th for Track 1,2,4. Your family is invited to come out and cheer on your student! Please help our school by connecting your student with sponsors to help us in raising funds to match WCPSS grant money in order to renovate the K-2 playground. Be on the lookout for more information coming home with your student about this fun program and volunteers opportunities. Thank you for your support! We are a stronger community because of YOU!"

Please sign up to hand out water to our runners!!

Carnival Book Swap is back...
Last year at our Spring Carnival, the Book Swap was a huge success! Our goal for this year is for every child to leave the Carnival with a book. Here is how your child can get a book at Carnival on May 9th:
Bring a gently used book to Carnival to exchange for one that's "new to them." It's that easy!
If you have a gently used book your child is ready to part with, please bring it to Carnival and visit us at the book swap table. We will begin with a large selection of donated books, so come anytime during the event to find a great book!

Vendor tables will be new at the Carnival this year. If you are an independent consultant for a home based company, consider "purchasing" a vendor table at the Carnival to sell your products. Tables will be "sold" for a donation to the silent auction or for a flat fee of $20.00. One consultant per company will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. A few tables have already been reserved as a result of our Facebook announcement last week. You must provide your own table, set up, staffing. If you are interested, email AnnMarie Marchese at with the name of your company. Emails will be answered in the order they are received.
