SHMS e-News
May 5th, 2023
Dear SHMS Families:
As spring turns the corner, and we are now well into May, the activity around the school and community is apparent! Our sports season is in full swing, we are preparing for upcoming field trips and end of year activities. We have earned great experiences and accolades, such as last week's State Science Olympiad competition in which SHMS placed 7th!
A big congratulations is due to all of our student musicians who performed in this week’s Fine and Applied Arts Night concerts. Our students played and sang beautifully. We are proud of the hard work that has been put into the program this year by our students and staff. Well done! We look forward to seeing the sixth-grade performances next Tuesday.
PSSA testing will continue for eighth grade students next week. They will take the science assessment on Tuesday, May 9th and Wednesday, May 10th.
