HAPPENINGS IN THE LIBRARY
The Global Read Aloud Begins!
This year, grades K-2 are participating in the 2016 Global Read Aloud. The GRA is a program that connects students across the world through shared book experiences. We will be studying author/illustrator Lauren Castillo for the next 6 weeks. Every week, we will read a different picture book that she has written or illustrated. We will connect with other schools across the country and world through a postcard exchange and through online forums. Look for more updates about this exciting program next month!
