Supporting Quick Check-In for Visitors
- The first ID sign-in for this school year takes a little longer as we have to scan your ID. This is a required step every school year. It only takes about 30 seconds, but can definitely cause delays if we have large crowds, so we encourage everyone to stop by the office as soon as convenient just to have your badge scanned in to the system.
- Once you have done this, you will be able to register and digitally sign in using our RSVP system for those big events coming up like Thanksgiving lunches. For those new to Rancho, the RSVP system is like having a 'fast pass' at Disney, but ours is free ;)
- The RSVP window for Thanksgiving lunches will close on Nov 12, so to use RSVP, come by and scan your ID before the 12th.
- If you have not already scanned your badge by Nov 12, you will not get the full benefit of the RSVP system as you will need to scan your ID when you arrive for the event.
- Be sure to bring a state issued photo ID EVERY time you come to campus. No ID, no entry.
- Events like Storybook parade and Veteran's Day program you will not need to sign in because you will not have full access to campus. Visitors for these events will just need to enter and exit designated doors and not enter the main hallway.
Storybook Character Parade
With the new campus visitor updates, we will move the parade inside the building, and parents can watch and join the fun from the cafeteria. If you would like to come and view the parade, please park and enter the front and back cafeteria doors only. Don't forget your camera!
As guests will only be seated in the cafeteria for the parade, there is no need to sign in at reception. We would ask however that you exit from the same door you entered and not go into the main hallway of the building. If you are needing access to the building for some other reason, you must walk outside to the front entry and bring a photo ID to reception and sign in.

RSE Student and Staff Champions of the Month October 2021
This month's Champions set the bar high every day, and we are celebrating all they do for our school in October.
"Great leaders find ways to connect with their people and help them fulfill their potential."
~Steven J. Stowell
Sasha Marchenko, 5th Grade
Student Champion of the Month
Sasha is a born leader. She has volunteered her time to hold the door for the gold walker line every day this school year. She is so friendly to all the younger students and is willing to help the teachers as well. While she hold the door she is waving and telling everyone to have a great afternoon. She has even stepped in when two younger students were being unsafe and encouraged them gently to make a better choice. She sets such a great example for everyone she comes in contact with!
Marissa Haun, Receptionist
Paraprofessional Champion of the Month
Paige Billingsley, 5th Grade Teacher
Teacher Champion of the Month
Paige is always thinking outside the box to make learning interesting and fun for students. She goes above and beyond to show her students they are loved and appreciated. 5th grade was new to the campus this school year, and Paige moved up from 4th grade to take a leadership role and support a smooth transition for students and her new team. She always with a smile on her face and a positive attitude. She has also had an ongoing leadership role since joining the Rancho Family in the fall of 2018.

Academic UIL Events
UIL Academics is a program of academic competition that Liberty Hill ISD elementary schools have proudly participated in throughout past years. Last school year was filled with unknowns and UIL competitions for many elementary schools were not scheduled. For the 2021-2022 school year, all LHISD elementary schools will once again not be participating. We have collaborated about the expectations, responsibilities and staff needed to support a fun and healthy experience for all LHISD elementary students. We will be prepared to compete in the 2022-2023 school year.
