- Band Fall Concert, November 2nd @ 7:00 pm in the KMS Gym

Any students interested in Chess Club, please meet in the counseling office on Tuesdays and Thursdays during lunch! Students are welcome to eat lunch and play chess at the same time!
We work hard here at KMS to promote kindness. Mrs. Heesch is our Kindness Klub advisor. This club will be meeting in room 8, every other Tuesday. The Kindness Klub will be promoting a spirit of giving and generosity to not only their peers, but to their teachers and staff as well. Mrs. Heesch will be encouraging the students to use their own imagination to achieve what this looks like to them. Please come join the Kindness Klub!!! Everyone is welcome!
These kids had their first rehearsal on September 6th and it is going to be a great jazz year!!!
CAST has begun their quarter one service project. KMS beautification. Thanks CAST!!!
Staff Spotlight - Ms. Peterson & Ms. Durbin
Ms. Peterson has been with KMS for 25 years!!! She earned her bachelors degree from BSU (GO BRONCOS!) and her masters degree from Southern Oregon University (GO RAIDERS!) She has created an amazing program here at KMS and we are very lucky to have her. All of her students in her classes are her kids and she does an amazing job creating relationships with her students. Come see one of her concerts, you won't be disappointed!!!

Ms. Durbin is from Twin Falls. This is her third year teaching and second year at KMS! This year she is teaching 6th/7th grade History. Ms. Durbin loves to read and spend time outdoors. She also loves to go on hikes with her golden retrievers, Winnie and Willow. Ms. Durbin graduated from Boise State in 2021 with her bachelors degree in Elementary Education and an Emphasis in History. KMS is lucky to have her!!!

Kuna Middle School Football Dinner
Thank you parents for providing food for our football team! Every Tuesday after practice, parents of the football players provide a fantastic meal! This meal consisted of spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread and homemade deserts. We are so thankful for our parents!!!
CAST (Connecting All Students Together) ran the concession stand for football! Thanks CAST!
