RTI Reminders
- As you have your RTI meetings, remember to review the characteristics of dyslexia and mark them in the student RTI Plan.
- Spring norms in aimswebPlus will begin on March 16.
Characteristics of Dyslexia
In supporting our struggling students, we must identify those students who exhibit characteristics of dyslexia so we may appropriately support them. Identification begins with our universal screener; then we use diagnostic measures for a deeper understanding of specific skill gaps. Each year, we report this information to the state, and it is important for this to be accurate. Click on the following for some resources that may be helpful to you. Your RTI Facilitator is always a good resource to assist you with these students.
