Try the Y!
The YMCA and Avon Grove School District have partnered to offer valuable benefits to our employees.
Effective immediately, the Y will waive the joiner fee for any new membership purchased by an Avon Grove employee. In addition, employees will receive a 10% discount on their monthly membership fees.
For those of you who are already Y members, please make sure to let your local branch know that you are an Avon Grove employee. They will then make sure that you receive the 10 % discount off of your monthly fee.

Help From Your Health Plan!
Did you know that your health plan can help offset some of the costs associated with your resolutions?
Ready to participate? Be sure to choose a program that is eligible for reimbursement. Under each program header below you'll find a link to the full details on that program's criteria and requirements for reimbursements. Fitness . . . get up to $150 back when you join an eligible gym and work out regularly.
Weight Management . . . get up to $150 back when you participate in an approved weight management program.
Tobacco Cessation . . . get up to $150 back when you complete an approved program to help you quit using tobacco.
New 2018 Limits
Social Security Maximum
The new social security maximum for 2018 is $128,400.
403(b) Plan Contribution Limits:
The maximum employee contribution for 2018 is $18,500 and the catch up provision remains at $6000. Want to make a change to your current contribution amount? Contact your investment provider representative to complete the required form.
Contribution Limits for Health Savings Accounts:
New limits (employer contribution + employee contribution combined): Self-only: $3,450 Family: $6,900. Catch-up contributions stay the same at $1,000 per calendar year. Want to change how much you are currently contributing? You can do that at any time. Just complete the form by clicking on the box below and send it to the Human Resources Office.
