Delicious Recipes From Pampered Chef

Did you enjoy the food as much as I did last night? Kim always has the best parties. Here are a couple of the recipes so you can make these at home - all courtesy of Pampered Chef!

Grecian Party Squares

2 pkgs (8oz each) Refrigerated Crescent Rolls

½ C Mayonnaise

½ cup Sour Cream

1 Envelope (.9oz) dry Vegetable Soup & Dip mix

1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed

1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts in water

1 can (8 zo) sliced water chestnuts

1 pkg (4 oz) crumbled feta cheese

1 garlic clove

¼ C Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients except crescent rolls. Lay Crescent rolls on Stoneware Bar pan and bake 10-12 minutes. Spread the mixture over the prebaked crescent rolls, and bake 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees.

Tomato Basil Squares-Delicious any season

1 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pizza crust

2/3 cup mayonnaise

2 cups (8 oz.) mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided

1 garlic clove, pressed

1 oz. (1/4 cup) fresh Parmesan cheese

4 plum tomatoes

2 tbsp. fresh basil leaves, snipped, or 2 tsp. dried basil

Preheat oven to 375. Using DOUGH & PIZZA ROLLER, roll out dough on RECTANGULAR BAKING STONE. Sprinkle crust with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese; set aside. Grate Parmesan cheese. Snip basil. In SMALL BATTER BOWL, combine remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, basil & mayonnaise; mix well. Press garlic over cheese mixture; mix well. Using ULTIMATE SLICE & GRATE, slice tomatoes; arrange in single layer over mozzarella cheese on crust. Using MEDIUM STAINLESS STEEL SCOOP, place cheese mixture over tomatoes; spread to cover evenly. Bake 15-20 min. or until top is golden brown & bubbly.
