A message from the principal
Hope your holidays were fantastic! The new year has been off to a very cold start. Hope Frozen Freddy has been helpful. Please keep in mind that we do not have supervision until 7:40. For the safety of the kids, we very much appreciate your support by dropping off your child after 7:40.
January also is a big assessment month. Teachers will be assessing students reading level though an assessment called F & P. Students will also take an assessment we call STAR. This test assesses their reading and math skills. Students took these same assessments in the fall. Hanging on our wall right outside the office are students' fall scores. The dots represent our students. After the assessments are completed this winter, we will put the new dots on the poster to show the growth of all the kids. Back in the fall teachers also set up goals with each student. Everyone has been hard at work to achieve their goals! I am excited to see our results. Be sure when you come into the building to take a peek at our growth!
Stay warm
Ms. Cassandra Schultz

Here's where you'll find Frozen Freddy. On those really cold days, please do not send/bring your child(ren) to school before 7:40 as we do not have scheduled supervision until then. We want our students to be safe--and warm!!
