Thank You

The AdvancED Accreditation Team was in the building yesterday as part of the district's accreditation review. Special thank yous to those who participated in the interviews or were one of the eighteen classes visited. The team left very appreciative of the school for creating a warm, welcoming environment.

The AdvancED Accreditation team will present preliminary findings at a Board meeting tomorrow afternoon.

Thank you all!

P-T Conferences March 30

Our last parent-teacher conference will be held Thursday, March 30 from 4-6pm. Please begin visiting and using your MyConferenceTime calendar to schedule appointments.

Infinite Campus Communication Log

At our most recent Chat & Chew, we discussed the importance of teacher communications with parents prior to teacher and/or administrative consequences. For most of our families, keeping parents aware of student progress and behavior is key in ensuring our students work to their potential.

As discussed before, there is a tab in Infinite Campus where staff can not only document parent contacts, but can view others' parental communications, increasing our ability to collaborate with each other and aiding administrators in assigning appropriate consequences.

Thank you to Mr. Patel for creating an instructional video. Please begin utilizing this tool - this will become an expectation for next school year, so begin making use of it now.

From Mr. Andrews - IT

Please do not remove or relocate any installed equipment (i.e. swapping out a non-functioning projector with a working projector from another location). If you are having issues with the technology in your room, please create a help desk ticket so that it can be addressed by the appropriate team.

Thank you.
